An 18 carat gold band ring with an irregular texture, set with a juxtaposed platinum triangle that is set with three brilliant cut diamonds, the platinum triangle has a triangular piece of brilliant orange coral on each side, signed and numbered: VCA NEW YORK, 862 1, for Van Cleef & Arpels, France, circa 1970.
