For prices of our jewellery shown on our website, please e-mail or telephone us.

Payment can be made by credit card in the store at 65 Nieuwe Spiegelstraat, 1017 DD, Amsterdam – by bank wire, by Wise or long distance by credit card link with secondary authentification. At the moment we cannot accept payments via the website. Please e-mail or call us for details.

We also accept layaway or spread payments under certain conditions. You can always ask us about this option.


All items are shipped from The Netherlands. World-wide insured shipping is included in the price. Please be aware that buyers from outside the EU might be subject to import duties and VAT.

After purchase, your item will be shipped within 1-5 business days unless agreed differently. If there is an unforeseen reason why this term cannot be met, you will be notified via email. All shipments will be send out in a secured parcel, and will be traceable via a tracking link that you will receive by email. We will fully insure your shipment for damage or loss. If your purchase arrives damaged please notify us immediately and within one day at the latest by email or by phone.

If you are not happy with a purchase made via the Internet, you may return it within 14 days. Should you decide to do so, please inform us by telephone within 7 days after receipt of your purchase and return it to us within 14 days after your phone call. Upon receipt of the jewel in its original state, the purchase amount will be refunded minus shipping fees. Naturally, we will not accept returns that have been damaged or altered or altered before purchase by our bench jeweller.
