An 18 carat yellow gold ring in the shape of the Greek letter ‘Omega’ with an opening in the shank is at the top of the ring which is decorated with two squares each set with six brilliant cut diamonds (0.03 carat x 12 = 0.36 carat app. in total), signed and numbered: Cartier Paris 34879.
