gold and gemset wire work brooch

An 18-carat yellow gold, paisley-shaped brooch, its end set with with 5 old cut diamonds. The brooch consists of 2 curved round gold wires with 10 emeralds (app. 0.5 carats), sapphires (app. 0.9 carats), and rubies (app. 0.8 carats) in a chaton setting, signed: Jean Fouquet, circa 1960.
