diamond and gold sautoir

An 18 carat gold sautoir with a detachable pendant. The pendant has moving hoops and strong gold wirework, both are set with old cut diamonds (together circa 9 carats) the diamonds are set in platinum. Both the pendant and chain have been signed:’Fred, Paris’ with French master and marks.
