gold gloved hand pin with diamonds
A rare neo-Renaissance stickpin or ‘ear iron’ featuring a gloved hand decorated with black enamel with gold seams. The thumb and index finger hold a small rose-cut diamond, from which dangles a pear shaped rose-cut diamond. At the top of the gold cuff – engraved as lace – is a band with six small rose-cut diamonds, 19th century.
