gold and diamond locket

A round 20-carat gold locket with a diagonal grid with 9 mille griffe set old-cut diamonds (each app. 0.10 carat and app. 1.4 carat in total). It is surrounded by a floral border also mille griffe set with old-cut diamonds  (between app. 0.01 and 0.04 carat). By pressing the oval bail into a secret button, the locket opens at the back, which has a geometrical engraved decor, signed: Tiffany & Co. USA, circa 1915.
