Gold ring with sapphire and diamond

An 18 carat yellow gold ring with three royal blue natural unheated sapphires each with two cushion cut diamonds in between; a total of 6 cushion cut diamonds (app. 0.42 ct). In the center is a cushion cut sapphire with a round sapphire on one side and an oval cut sapphire on the other (app. 3.87 ct in total, NEL certificate E19946), England, circa 1890.
