coral and diamond ring

An 18 carat gold double band ring inlaid with one large piece of coral decorated with a little gold ribbon that is set with brilliant cut diamonds (total app. 0.55 carats, E-F, VVS1), with French marks and master mark, possibly by Van Cleef & Arpels or Cartier but no longer signed.
