An 18k yellow gold ring set with brilliant cut diamonds in wave pattern (app. 3.69 ct.), on either side a rim of 12 baguette cut diamonds in a rail setting (app. 1.28 ct.), signed and numbered: Van Cleef and Arpels, M37119 18k 0379. French import mark and master mark for Van Cleef & Arpels.
