Fatima’s hand

An 18 carat gold pendant with a hidden compartment for perfume on the back and a hidden compartment inside with a miniature portrait of a man on ivory. Below the eye and a palmette two white Ibises sit on a semi-circle in which is a triangle. Embellished with rubies, turquoises and natural pearls.
