An important 18 carat gold spray brooch in the shape of a comet, the stunning gold rays are set in platinum with 57 brilliant cut diamonds (circa 4 carat) in the heart a big slightly orange to purplish red tourmaline (elbaite or rubelite, circa 35 carats), signed and numbered: Sterlé, Parijs, 9006, circa 1950.
