This bracelet was inspired by Hirst’s series of wall-mounted cabinets presenting arrangements of pills- some real, some made from resin, metal, or plaster. Mixing art and science, the Pill Cabinets mean to examine the limits of human belief and confront society’s faith in drugs as a panacea.
