gold and platinum necklace with diamonds and sapphire

An 18 carat yellow gold and platinum round pendant, brooch or necklace,with several mille griffe circles set with old and rose cut diamonds (app. 5.25 carat) and with tapered baguette cut sapphires. Around the center are three large old cut diamonds (app. 1.8 carat, H, Si-Vs) in the circle pf sapphires and in the center suspends another old cut diamond (app. 0.80 carat, H, Si). The pendant is removable and can be worn separately as a brooch, circa 1915-1920.
