gold retro necklace with aquamarine and ruby

An 18 carat gold necklace with links made of two stylized leaves connecting to a small round cut ruby, on the other side an oval facetted aquamarine, in the center the necklace has a middle link with two pairs of leaves around one an aquamarine, signed: Tiffany & Co., USA, circa 1940.
