Victorian starburst pendant

An oval Victorian Estruscan Revival locket centuring a large cabochon cut amethyst encrusted with a starburst of eighteen rose cut diamonds surrounding an old mine cut diamond (app. 0.4 carats), decorated with a double border of light blue enamelled beads, the reverse has a small crescent shaped locket, circa 1850, England.
