A beautiful 18 carat gold three-stone ring with a cushion cut natural non-heated Ceylon sapphire (2.63 carat, 7.6 x 6.7 x 5.6 mm), with on each side an old cut diamond (app. 0.80 carat each F-G, VS) set in prongs settings, signed and numbered: Bailey, Banks & Biddle, 33631, USA, circa 1890.
