An 18 carat yellow gold ring, with a gold oval on top. A stretched, twelve point star in the center, set with a brilliant cut diamond in the heart surrounded by callibré cut sapphires in a star. Between every point a smaller brilliant cut diamond (app. 0.80 carat, G-H Si), the top and bottom ones the largest and descending in size, France, circa 1980.
