heart and arrow ring with diamonds and ruby

Platinum and white gold ring with a heart of diamonds (app. o.3 carats) pavé set and in the middle an old cut round ruby (app. 0.75 carats) the heart is pierced by an arrow with a sugarloaf cut ruby and in the point and diamonds in the tail of the arrow, American, circa 1950.
