An 18 carat yellow gold heart ring with an interchangeable heart-shaped cabochon cut amethyst, pink tourmaline and citrine, a heart-shaped faceted citrine on each side, two small heart-shaped citrines at the bottom of the shank. The ring opens with a diamond studded button. The ring has an openwork honeycomb structure on the inside. With French assay marks and worn master mark for Simon & Igal.
