An 18 carat yellow and white gold horizontally set with an oval set facetted light blue Ceylon sapphire (app. 4 carats), on each side the ribbed shank is decorated with a heart shaped element that is set with 13 old cut diamonds, around the sapphire are 10 baguette cut diamonds (app. 0.7 carat in total), signed and numbered: monture Cartier, M6635.
