gilt silver neo-renaissance bracelet

A silver gilt French bangle in neo renaissance style, made out of three parts, with two hinges on the side and a lock at the back, with elaborate foliate decorations and volutes and on four sides decorated with appliques in the shape of coffer locks with on the front one a male masceron with a goatee and a beard. The bangle has a hidden lock and a safety chain, marked with a French master mark and rinoceroces, France, 19th century.
